Some additions don’t just expand a collection, they transform its depth. Spanning 120 volumes and nearly 127,000 pages, the newly added Commonwealth Arbitration Reports documents cases decided and awards made by Australia’s Commonwealth Court of Conciliation and Arbitration from 1905 to 1967, opening an extensive record of more than six decades of arbitration history to HeinOnline’s History of International Law researchers.

Legal Classics

Added: 30 new titles

What did legal and social reform look like more than a century ago? This month’s additions to the Legal Classics database offer several answers, from Mary Carpenter’s 1851 examination of reformatory schools and juvenile offenders to John Boyd Kinnear’s exploration of political and legal reform. Looking even further back, George Lyttelton’s four-volume history of Henry II provides an 18th-century perspective on a reign closely associated with the development of English law and government.

Notable titles include:

Organization of American States (OAS)

Added: 15 new titles
Updated: 16 titles

This month’s Organization of American States (OAS) additions bring researchers directly into some of the most pressing security conversations unfolding across the Americas. Recent publications confront the changing landscape of transnational organized crime and illicit markets, offer model legislation aimed at self-propelled submersible and semi-submersible vessels used in maritime trafficking, and turn attention to the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. Together, they offer a timely look at how regional cooperation is adapting to threats and opportunities that rarely stop at national borders.

Notable titles:

State Statutes: A Historical Archive

Added: 15 new titles

State law is never static, and sometimes understanding what the law was is just as important as knowing what it is today. This month’s additions to State Statutes: A Historical Archive take researchers back to the first half of the 20th century with a three-volume supplement documenting changes to New Jersey statutes from 1911 through 1924 and a three-volume classification of California’s Health and Safety Code from 1955, providing valuable snapshots of state law at distinct moments in its development.
