The authors have decades of combined experience working with HeinOnline, so they are well-versed in the nuances of each database. Their expertise helps both new and experienced users find the best ways to navigate HeinOnline and locate the most relevant hidden gems.

Lauren has been an employee of the William S. Hein & Co., Inc. for more than 25 years. Throughout her tenure, she has contributed to a variety of departments, gaining extensive experience and a diverse skill set. Most recently, she acts as a lead member of the marketing staff and oversees the HeinOnline support team. Lauren’s blog posts focus on tips, tricks, and how to make the most out of HeinOnline tools. Anna joined the Hein Publications team in March of 2020. She currently works on various projects including print publications, continuation titles, and World and State Constitutions. Before coming to Hein, she spent more than five years working in community journalism as a reporter and editor. She earned her B.A. in Media and Communications from SUNY Old Westbury and M.S. in Publishing from Pace University.
